Call coaching is feedback on recorded or live sales calls from a manager, trainer, or software tool. The goal is to improve how an agent listens, explains coverage, and handles questions.

## Why it matters

Good coaching points to specific moments in a call and suggests better words. It can cover tone, pace, accuracy, and compliance, such as avoiding promises the policy does not make.
